It is very difficult to calculate an accurate postal charge as it depends on each item purchased and the type of courier used whether it be the Royal Mail or a commercial courier. We have therefore opted for the system used by many companies, namely a fixed price per order value band. This means for example order vales between £10 and £50 will be charged £5.50 and between £50 and £100 charged 10.50.
Postal charges are made on orders and are subject to change. We reserve the right to increase or decrease a postal charge already made.
Refunds will be accepted if returned within 14 days of dispatch, returned in the same condition as sent and in the same or equal packaging. The customer pays the return postal charge, unless previously agreed with ourselves. Please ring if in any doubt or need assistance.
